Bio| From birth Risa was chosen as one of the candidates for having the Bijuu, thus she was raised as such to be able to handle the bijuu. At the age of 12, as a genin she had the Bijuu sealed into her. The sealing team used a single seal Fuuinjutsu, Risa's seal is currently located on her back. Risa is not your typical ninja however, she carries the traditional ninja tools, although she has a few 'inventions' of her own. Risa is usually sent out to different villages as a show of 'trust' to negotiate trade routes and such. Though this of course isnt her real goal. When she travels she is escorted by body guards of course.
Techniques| Risa uses a bow and arrows unline traditional ninja, she also has 'special' arrows.
1.Senbon Release: This arrow is slightly larger and heavier then normal arrows. The tip of the arrow, on command opens up and shoots our a wide arc or very small senbon, almost unnoticable.
2.Chakra Infused Arrow: This arrow sports a small amount of elemental chakra infused into it, currently Risa can only use her fire elemental in her arrows. Her fire infused arrows will burst into flames during flight, they pretty much have the same effect as a fireball with a kunai or shuriken inside.
3.Halluncinogenic Arrow: This arrow when it conencts with a person it realeases a poison which caused them to see hallucions.
4.Poisoned Arrow: This arrow has been coated with poision. Each set carried a different poison, one may be one which is used to paralyse, put to sleep, or just kill.
5.Chakra Condesned Arrow: This is an arrow which is make by Risa molding her chakra, its size can vairy.
6.Multiplying Shot: This special arrow when shot into the air multiplys, making it seem as is a rain of arrows are coming down.
7.Jinchuriki arrow: This is a rarly used technique due to it relying on the Bijuu's initial power. This is the same as Chakra Condensed Arrow though when shot it lets dissapates, letting lose the Bijuu's mist.
Along with her special arrows Risa carries around different poison bottles.
Sweet Scent: When a person smells this scent it locks them into an genjutsu. In this genjutsu, unless the person realizes he or she is traped in one they are a sitting duck pretty much.
