Bio: How to start the life of a fucked up individual. Hikari was a literal accident. She was the result of what happends when to much Sake was being drunken. She knows this, and accepts this with pride. She never has like been into ninja and stuff before. Which is why when she was just a baby, she would try and start fires in the living room.Everyone would go" Aaaahhh". Before ya know, they had to put the fire out. The pyro maniacs life was like this for sometime. Did not really effect that many people, atleast until she enetered the academy.

Academy

While in the academy, Hikari found herself to have her limits pushed. Not grade wise, she is very smart. But kid wise. For one thing, her always starting fires in the middle of class got her punished, big time. For the second, she was picked on because of that, and her somewhat flat chest. But she never cared. Many people from her clan were good at being social, and she seemed to be one of them. She was not hated, just disliked by a few people. The reason for this is because her pyro maniac attitude and the fact that she is a bit of a trouble maker means alot of kids liked her. She has good mastery over her clans moves, and was forced to study alot. But she would always set her scrolls on fire so her parents did not really care. She had a good life in the academy over all. Disspite the bad reputation she got.


Genin
Not much happend when she was promoted to genin. She practiced justu that were outside of her clan and made her own as a matter of fact. She puts herself through very rigourus training, climbing mountains and such and doing her business there. That way, no one can bother her. Her only problem seemed to be that she constantley used her clans justu to set her hand on fire, or something like that, and would wave it at people, pretending she would hurt them. Shes crazy and such, and has never really submitted to anyone atleast they were a higher rank then her.
Notable Equipment|Nothing worth mentioning. Kunai, senbon, ect. All the basic ninja tools. She has not recieved anything of real value. She carries a match though. Just in case she runs out of chakra and wants to make a fire out of nowhere.

1.Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique(C-rank)
Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

2.Ryuuka no Jutsu - Dragon Fire Technique(C-rank)
Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.

Katon-Fire starter(D-rank) Katon- Fire starter is a move passed down to everyone born in the clan. Once the user has become a genin, they can use it. Fire starter allows a user to start fires out of plain nowhere. And just about any part of there body. Fire starter has no draw back, as the flame is usually just for show. But it could be used to do something basic, like set something on fire, if the right conditions are met.(Ex. The user lights there feet on fire, steps on grass, BOOM! They light a bitch a up.)

4.Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu - Mist Waltz Technique
Katon • Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire.

5.Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique
Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

6.Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

7.Fire flower(D-rank)- An attack that was made by Hikari herself. Fire flower is a move that is just three medium sized fire balls flying at the oppenant. Not just reckless because of the cost of chakra, but if used in the wrong area, could start a fire. She has yet to master it yet.
