My name...is Chi, and I was born in the bloodiest village known to the world. The Village Hidden in the Mist or Kirigakure, and I am what you would call...a monster of war. I was raised in a normal childhood, and was placed into the academy at the usual age of ten. During my time in the academy. I met several different people, of different class, one being Yuuko a rather nice boy that kept her company during the many years of the academy, and was one of her closest friends.
I advanced through the years at a un-hindered rate, and quickly moved into more advanced studies as I was seen to have a un-natural ability to figure out everything about a person by speaking to them for a moment. I was forced into medical studies, and moved into basic medical knowledge so that one day I would became what is known as a Hunter-nin. A Shinobi who's entire purpose is to hunt down, and remove problems that run from the village. Be it innocent people, that simply decided to do the wrong thing, all the way up to the strongest, and most brutal people that thought they could escape with our secrets.
My life has been average other then that, I finally passed through the most basic, and advanced studies that I needed to learn. I eventually earned my place as a lesser Hunter-nin, and gained my first mission. It was a simple one, to eliminate a Shinobi that thought they could escape with a scroll of information. It didn't take long to get rid of him, as it was just a test to see if I had the goods to continue my life as a Shinobi that Hunted other Shinobi. Once I returned to the village, I was awarded my full honor's into the group of specialist, and granted my name...Chinmoku.

[N/A - Ranked]Heddohantā; Headhunter
Is a technique used with a sharp weapon, while this ability is very hard to master correctly. Once used by a skilled user, the person can sneak up on nearly any target, and slit their throats. Completely cutting off all ability to alert nearby units.
[E - Ranked]Henge no Jutsu; Translates as Transformation Technique.
This technique allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. It is performed with Dog, Boar , and then Ram.
[E - Ranked]Bunshin no Jutsu; Translates as Clone Technique.
This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. These illusions however have been shown to be easily distinguishable by persons with dōjutsu. It is used by Ram, Snake, and then Tiger.
[E - Ranked]Kawarimi no Jutsu; Body Replacement Technique.
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. It is used by Ram, Boar, Ox, Dog, and then Snake.
D Ranked - C Ranked
[D - Ranked]Hido~unmisuto-hō; Hidden Mist Technique
This displacement technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
C Ranked - B Ranked
[C - Ranked]Water Release: Black Rain Technique; Mizu rirīsu: Burakkurein no tekunikku
This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.
[C - Ranked]Mizu no kurōn gijutsu: Water Clone Technique
he Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power.[2] Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
[C - Ranked]Mizu no keimusho-hō; Water Prison Technique
This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth.

[N/A - Ranked - A Ranked]Sutōkāu~ēbu; Stalking Wave
Description:
This is a very potent technique used by Chinmoku, which is formed by completing a very unique form of seals with both hands forming the halves of different seals. This taking focus to complete. Half Tiger/Half Bird -> Half Dragon/Half Snake -> Half Boar/Half Dog, and ends with the monkey seal. Using this ability enables to the user to hide all traces of their presence, even hiding their internal energy or Chakra from nearly anyone wishing to seek it out.
