Description: The user coats his hand in lightning chakra, adding a stunning effect to their punches. Depending on how skilled the user is, the stun can range from slight numbness in a single body-part. To a full-body stun. An added effect the jutsu has once the user reaches a high enough proficiency with the technique, is that the lighting chakra enters the persons chakra channels. Clogging them and making the usage of jutsus harder. The effect can be bypassed rather easily by those with decent chakra control, as flaring their chakra will fully remove it.
