Custom Hyouton Jutsu

Name: Hyouton: Furi-zu Retsu no Jutsu (Freezing Cold Technique)
Nature: Hyouton (Ice Release)
Description: This jutsu causes bodies of water to instantly freeze solid. Due to the speed of the freeze, and the fact that it all freezes evenly instead of in layers, anyone trapped in the water is not killed. Instead, they are frozen similarly to cryogenic freezing. This is often used for capture missions, as the ice is near impenetrable and cannot be melted with fire. The chakra needed varies depending on the density of the ice and the size of the body of water being frozen.

Ice Release: Piercing Dragon Fierce Tiger

Name: Piercing Dragon Fierce Tiger

Description: This jutsu creates a large tiger using the moisture in the air. The tiger is so cold that it can freeze nearby water simply by being near it. This tiger is made out of ice, and so has no consciousness of it's own, but can be manipulated by the user mentally and thus seems to be sentient.

Range: Mid, I guess?

Ice Clone Technique

Nature: Hyouton
Description: Similarly to the Bunshin technique, this creates a mirror image of the user composed of ice. This clone is immune to genjutsu, but can be shattered with a strong physical blow. It should be noted that due to being composed of Hyouton ice, fire does not have a strong effect.

Winter Pillar Jutsu, Part One

Name: Winter Wonderland Jutsu, Part One (Fuyu no hashira-jutsu)
Nature: Hyouton
Description: This jutsu uses underground water to the advantage of the user. It freezes the water and forces it upwards, creating pillars composed of ice. This creates a battlefield advantage for the user, as well as making it harder for the opponent to maneuver.

Winter Wonderland Jutsu, Part Two

Name: Winter Wonderland Jutsu, Part Two
Nature: Hyouton
Description: This jutsu is the second part of the Winter Wonderland technique. The shinobi focuses their chakra into the pillars. The resulting effect causes waves of chilling cold to move out from the pillars, resulting in the ice spreading and the temperature of the area dropping. One pillar can emit the cold as much as ten meters in every direction. Icicles form as a result, and depending on the weather, snow or sleet is often formed.

It uses the already chilled environment and pillars in such a way that they bristle, creating a swarm of ice needles...and then the needles are launched from every direction at the opponent. This is considered to be Seno's ultimate technique, and it requires a good deal of chakra. The needles can be tracked in midair, and the size varies depending on the chakra used.

Sword of Ice

Name: Sword of Ice (Kori no Ken)
Nature: Hyouten
Description: This jutsu is one of Seno's more favored techniques. It freezes the moisture in the air to create a sword composed of pure ice. This sword is impervious to fire, but extremely fragile. The fragility element can be overturned by forming the ice blade around a previously existing sword, such as Seno's katana. The main bonuses of this technique are that a direct hit will numb the opponent, and can even cause frostbite.

Ice Needle Barrage Technique

Description: This technique creates ice needles from bodies of water. These needles can be fired at extremely high speeds in an attempt to stab the enemy. This technique does not require hand seals when used by a Yuki clan member, and for that reason, it is extremely dangerous. The main drawback of the technique is that it requires intense focus to fire a large number of the needles. If focus is broken, the needles will fall apart in midair.

Ice Bridge Technique

Description: This jutsu uses the moisture in the air to create long sheets of ice in midair, which can be used to cross gaps. However, a skilled user can also use it to move with great speed by simply freezing the air in front of their feet and thus slide on the ice like a ramp.
