(I shall update this as the RP goes on.)
Name: Volley

Nature: Ice

Description: Miharu channels chakra into the air around her in order to change any form of rain in the area, into ice, effectively turning a rain-storm into a hail-storm. This will drain Miharu's chakra over time as she uses it.

Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Mid

Rank: D

Name: Mire

Nature: Ice

Description: Miharu releases all of the chakra stored in the hail, making all of the hail on the ground rather painful to stand on, unless they have some way to absorb chakra. Due to her releasing the chakra stored in the hail, it stops the hail storm entirely.

Type: Ninjutsu

Range: Mid
